The club on behalf of the social committee is very pleased to invite all members and friends to our annual Rotary Club’s Christmas-wreath-making event. Our annual hands-on event with fellowship, season’s food, drinks and fun usually takes place on a Saturday second half of November. The location where this event takes place is announced on our website.
Goal
There is a financial and social (come together) target formulated.
Finance
Share the Harvest: We plan to raise after cost deduction a minimum of net funds of CHF 10'000 therefore we expect our club members to buy wreaths for their family, friends and employers (at the price of CHF80/each).
General
In addition to the sales to our members, we are planning on-site sales activities to non-members. Obviously members are buying and making wreaths; not only for themselves but also on behalf of their friends family and work colleagues raising funds for our cause.
This is a beautiful gift before Christmas – share the harvest! Everyone can bring his/her partner and friends to produce the wreaths. The estimated production time will be 4 hours per person for 4 wreaths.
